          <inserted>The SA Housing Authority (authority) has three active contracts with Metricon Homes. The total value of these contracts is $4,372,462, for the delivery of 22 homes for use as public housing or affordable homes for sale, comprising:</inserted>

            <inserted>16 new public housing homes at Woodville Gardens (these homes are on track for completion in the next eight weeks); </inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

            <inserted>three affordable homes at Ingle Farm; and </inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

            <inserted>three affordable homes at Kilburn.</inserted>

          <inserted>The authority has been and remains in contact with the Metricon State manager and has been reassured that it is business as usual: construction is continuing, subcontractors are being paid, and the authority's projects are continuing to progress. </inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>As part of tender processes, credit checks are part of the standard process. The authority is also working with the Crown Solicitor's Office to further strengthen termination clauses to protect their interests in the event that any builders they work with experience significant financial difficulty.</inserted>
