SCRIVEN (Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Minister for Forest Industries): The Minister for Planning has advised: 1.	A multimillion-dollar fund is available for councils through the 2022-23 Open Space Grant Program, with the grant round expected to open in October 2022. 2.	All intragovernmental transfers from the Planning and Development Fund are evaluated against section 195 of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and regulation 119 of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure (General) Regulations 2017.
