FRANKS: In recent days, the Leader of the Opposition, the member for Black, described me by name to a media conference using a term that, according to the dictionary definition, means either 'extremely violent' or 'suffering from a bite-induced affliction'. I assure the council that I am certainly not in need of a tetanus booster but, more presciently, I neither incited nor condoned violence.
