          <by role="member" id="6706">The Hon. N.J. CENTOFANTI:</by>  The average premium rate proposed under the changes to the Return to Work scheme is 1.9 per cent. My questions to the minister are:</text>
        <text id="202206150341ec89aeb948c380000046">1.&amp;#x9;Can the minister categorically claim that premiums will not rise above 1.9 per cent as a result of these changes?</text>
        <text id="202206150341ec89aeb948c380000047">2.&amp;#x9;Can the minister provide premium rates by industry and the impacts per each separate industry premium rate resulting from the proposed changes to the Return to Work scheme?</text>

Estimated premium rates are that, they are estimates. In relation to guarantees about different industries, I think there are some 550 different premium rates throughout the whole of South Australia. The APR, or average premium rate, is an average of all of those.</text>
