          <inserted>The state budget includes more than $177 million in additional capital funding for the South Australian Housing Trust to build 400 new homes, bring 350 vacant properties back up to standard so they can be homes again and to conduct a maintenance blitz on 3,000 homes. </inserted>

          <inserted>The 400 new homes will include 150 in regional areas and a 50-unit complex with onsite supports that will be funded by a further $4 million in the budget.</inserted>

          <inserted>Federal Labor has also committed to deliver a $10 billion Housing Australia Future Fund which will build 30,000 new social and affordable housing properties in its first five years. The Malinauskas Labor government is looking forward to working with a federal government that is committed to addressing housing and homelessness.</inserted>
