          <inserted>No new taxes are included in the 2022-23 budget.</inserted>

          <inserted>The indexation rate for government fees and charges has been limited to 2 per cent in 2022-23 and the emergency services bill for a median valued metropolitan residential property will increase by around 2 per cent in 2022-23.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>This is well under current annual CPI growth rate of 4.7 per cent in Adelaide, according to the most recent figures published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.</inserted>
