I think she raised that last week and I can inform the member that we are investigating and seeking advice from ReturnToWork. Of course, the dust diseases are listed under the South Australian Employment Tribunal that hears cases where—if my memory serves me correctly—negligence has to be proved under the Dust Diseases Act 2005, which is different to the no fault Return to Work Act. So it was an important question to raise and we are investigating it.
