MAHER (Attorney-General, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (15:09):</by> I thank the honourable member. That is an important question. There is in the terms of reference an 'any other matters' criteria that would allow Justice Mansfield, if there is anything as part of this investigation he wishes to look at or comment on more broadly, to do so. An election commitment was a review of the practices and procedures generally of SafeWork SA, which this government will conduct, and we intend the Mansfield review to form—to be able to feed into that broader review as well.</text>
