SCRIVEN (Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Minister for Forest Industries) (14:52):</by>  There are a couple of things to note, first of all to remind honourable members that this spatial closure was in place until it was allowed to lapse under the former Liberal government. So it had been there for many years, since 2013, as I mentioned in my answer to the original question. It was also publicised as a pre-election commitment and therefore all of the sectors were aware of that decision and that that closure was being put into place.</text>
