MAHER (Attorney-General, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (15:16):</by>  I thank the honourable member for his supplementary question. It's not something that we are considering—and I will check, but I am not sure of the mechanism for a challenge to another judicial body from a report from the Ombudsman, but that's not what we are looking to do. I do appreciate the position the honourable member has put forward from former Attorney-General Chris Sumner and others, but we are seeking the Attorney-General's Department to do a body of work that looks at both the views that have been expressed.</text>
