WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:26):</by>  I am really not sure why the Leader of the Opposition is going to such lengths to show his lack of financial literacy. The fact of the matter is that budgets are financial year budgets. The budget that the Hon. Rob Lucas tabled last year was the 2021-22 budget. It informs the public what will be spent this year.</text>
