Can the minister advise whether the Valuer-General, in implementing the government's decision to reverse the way that the Valuer-General recorded and valued retirement villages, will also apply the same principle to residential parks where the land is owned by an owner but the improvements—namely, the homes located in the park—are separately owned by owners as their principal place of residence? If not, why not?</text>
