Minister, in relation to correspondence sent to your office two weeks ago, why is a mother and her 12 year old living in a car, again, after the Housing Trust authority withdrew emergency housing support and, second to that, how exactly will making this mother and child homeless help them?</text>

In relation to our services, I always advise our clients that the best way for them to get services is to remain engaged with those services. The services are usually quite assertive, particularly the homelessness services. The exact details of this particular case—I can't recall what the resolution has been, but I have every confidence that the service providers are always providing appropriate support.</text>
