          <by role="member" id="605">The Hon. R.I. LUCAS (Treasurer) (15:10):</by>  I think that is a question best directed to the Minister for Environment. If the honourable member and indeed other members of the community have particular issues, they are issues that they will need to take up with the Minister for Environment. In relation to alleged breaches of ministerial codes of conduct, they have evidently—if the honourable member has reported the Premier correctly, and I don't doubt that—been considered by the Premier and he does not believe that they do constitute a breach of the Ministerial Code of Conduct.</text>
