<by role="member" id="605">The Hon. R.I. LUCAS (Treasurer) (15:09):</by> It is always the Premier's judgement in relation to his or her Ministerial Code of Conduct. It is the code of conduct that applies to ministers. The Premier can seek advice should he so choose in relation to particular issues or he may well make his own judgements. These are ultimately matters for the Premier of the day to make a decision on. As I said, I have the utmost faith in the Leader of the Government, the Premier, that whatever decision he has made he has given due consideration to it and made a judgement which I support 100 per cent.</text>
