BONAROS (15:55): I move: That by-law No. 6 of 2020 of the City of Campbelltown concerning cats, made under the Local Government Act 1999 and the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995 on 24 December 2020 and laid on the table of this council on 2 February 2021, be disallowed. I do not propose to speak to this motion because I spoke to a number of similar motions yesterday, and I refer members to those motions. The one thing that I would like to do, which I did say yesterday I would do, is to table the letter regarding this specific motion, but that will apply equally to the other motions in many respects.
