          <by role="office">The PRESIDENT:</by>  I respond to the minister's query: I think some work has been done between the houses to make sure that we have as good a system today, as close to normal as possible. It will not be quite normal but it will be close to it. There may be some events in another place today for which there was some keenness to make sure that their service was not interrupted at all.</text>
