LUCAS (Treasurer) (15:15):</by>  The index, which I was prevented from going through in great detail, refers to the other five elements of the index, or the other three: stability, infrastructure, health and education—that I referred to—and there is a fifth one which I can't quite recall. I am happy to put that on the public record when that particular Google search from one of the News Corp newspapers is tabled in this chamber. I am very happy to share it and also to provide a link for the honourable member in relation to the information from <term>The Economist</term>, which is certainly not something that is confidential to the government of South Australia. Any member who is prepared to do the work can search for it.</text>
