I don't have a copy of the act with me. It is pretty clear in the legislation what the powers are and aren't in relation to the regulatory arrangements, but I don't have that act or those provisions in front of me.</text>
        <text id="2021060967cfc3b798394f8580000211">The responsible minister is the Attorney-General, and the commissioner reports to the Attorney-General. I would refer the honourable member to the appropriate legislative authorities and if, having read those in her comprehensive way, she has further detailed questions, I am happy to have them referred on to the Attorney-General via a question in this council.</text>
