LUCAS (Treasurer) (15:03):</by>  I am not sure that I can add anything more to the answer I gave to the first question and the answer I gave previously, and that is that these decisions were taken by the former government, the former Valuer-General, back in I think 2015, and we are not in a position to correct all of the sins and errors of former administrations.</text>
