BOURKE:</by>  The opposition understands that on 22 December last year a person collapsed at Westland Shopping Centre in Whyalla but there was no ambulance available to respond after a 30-minute wait. The patient was then driven in a private car to the hospital and passed away a short time later. My question to the minister is: was the minister notified of this death and, if so, when?</text>
