          <inserted>The reality is that all hospitals should have some flex capacity, but we certainly shouldn't be keeping hospital beds open when there is no requirement for them. If we have no requirement, then they will remain flex beds.</inserted>

        <text id="20210512e92d72ba719b4db880000270">1.&amp;#x9;Has the minister sought assurances that all beds and wards across major hospitals are being used and that there is no ward or bed sitting idle for budgetary reasons?</text>
