<text id="202105118405a8e89aac48eaa0000147">It would be fair to say that I have been receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from consumers in terms of the urgent mental health care model, but there are days when presentations are low and the system is busy. What that says to me is that sometimes when services such as the Ambulance Service or emergency departments are busy they are almost too busy to think about the alternatives, so we are certainly keen to work together as a health system to make sure that we use the alternative pathways that are available to us.</text>
