          <by role="member" id="3164">The Hon. S.G. WADE:</by>  I would make the point that, under state legislation, Aboriginal communities also have the right to restrict movement. My understanding is that that continued beyond the end of the commonwealth biosecurity zone declarations. As I said, Oak Valley and Yalata, two former biosecurity communities, are being vaccinated in a matter of weeks.</text>
