J.M.A. LENSINK (Minister for Human Services) (14:59): I respectfully disagree because, in terms of the NDIS-funded services that the organisation provides, there is a recognised legal pathway, which is the Quality and Safeguards Commission, for people to make complaints about NDIS providers. What the Uniting Communities Law Centre is there to do is help people navigate the system and to get assistance on a range of matters, not to make complaints about providers.
