LUCAS (Treasurer) (14:34):</by>  I always treat with respect any views that might be expressed in relation to a reform package that this government or indeed any government might offer. I had either a Zoom meeting or a Microsoft Teams meeting with representatives from a number of the car manufacturers. I would have to check exactly which particular companies were represented on that particular Zoom or Microsoft Teams discussion. We had a very cordial, frank and useful discussion, at least from my viewpoint.</text>
        <text id="2021030430d7ff5309134d9a90000095">The government will, as I said, listen to the views that are expressed by both supporters and opponents and those who remain to be convinced one way or another in relation to the proposed road user charge.</text>
