Minister, exactly what powers have you delegated in the eating disorder healthcare area after you said to an estimates committee on 26 July 2019, and I quote: Let me stress that the delegation is concurrent. In other words, I still have the functions and powers pursuant to the Health Care Act 2008 and the Mental Health Act 2009. The Hon. S.G.
