My response was that in terms of children in care that is clearly within the remit of the Department for Child Protection. DHS has a range of responsibilities, including child safe environments. Education has its particular role as well. There are a number of people across the system who are mandatory notifiers, which includes a range of people, including teachers and the like. Ultimately, it is a shared responsibility for the cohort who aren't within the child protection system.</text>
