WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:22):</by>  Even having heard my answer, the Leader of the Opposition apparently didn't hear my answer, which was that it is not appropriate to say that the death related to the delay. They were complex matters. In terms of the particular cases, there are cases being reviewed by the SAAS Safety Learning System Quality Assurance Group and also by the SAAS adverse events committee, so of course there are steps being taken to learn from these events. In terms of other incidents, from time to time I do get advice from SAAS in terms of incidents.</text>
