If there are telephone inquiries made to the office those are not necessarily things that I am made aware of, but I certainly see a correspondence log and any of those matters that I think need to be escalated I will retrieve those and take further action. But certainly, if it has been a telephone inquiry I would not necessarily know about it because the staff in my office are very experienced at dealing with matters, particularly the staff from the agencies, and they will deal with the agencies directly.</text>
