          <by role="member" id="4697">The Hon. K.J. MAHER:</by>  On Tuesday, when asked about the confidentiality of personal information provided to contact tracers, the minister said:</text>

          <inserted>…the primary provisions are, first, provisions under the South Australian Public Health Act in relation to confidentiality and, secondly, in the Health Care Act 2008.</inserted>

          <inserted>…both acts put a duty on officers to maintain the confidentiality of the people with whom they deal.</inserted>
