WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (15:17):</by>  The point I would make is that a review by a clinician may actually lead to an upgrading of the rating. The point I am making is that within the Safety Learning System we have SAC 1, 2 and 3 and a SAC can be reclassified up or down in response to a whole range of criteria, including clinical and other criteria. I make the point that they can be upgraded as well as downgraded.</text>
        <text id="202012027700cb0fcf50404580000301">In relation to the Women's and Children's Hospital, I am not aware of what triggers a SAC being referred to senior management or the CEO, but I will certainly seek the information for the honourable member.</text>
