Ms Bonaros some time ago moved this motion. I was unaware at the time that it was introduced. I was aware of it, being on the committee, but I was unaware of what might be the attitude of the Clerk of the House of Assembly and my colleagues in the House of Assembly. I have now satisfied myself and been advised that, (a) the Clerk of the House of Assembly has no objection and, (b) my colleagues in the House of Assembly also have no objection, so with that I indicate the government support for the motion.
