<by role="member" id="3164">The Hon. S.G. WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (15:02):</by> It's an interesting point. One of my ministerial colleagues raised not the Metrocard opportunity but raised the issue of QR codes in public transport. I have certainly had the opportunity to provide a QR code when I present at a restaurant. One of my colleagues indicated that you can't get into his church unless you swipe in using a QR code. So I think this sort of technology is becoming increasingly widespread.</text>

I can't recall whether it is 28 days or 40 days. I think COVIDSafe might be 40 days, and I think we might be planning to do 28 days. We are resolutely committed not to use it for anything other than public health purposes.</text>
