LUCAS (Treasurer) (14:29):</by>  No, we are looking at a range of options, both in the immediate future in relation to the technology that is available. Inevitably in the longer term we will be looking at what are the options in relation to the technology that will be available for a sensible implementation of the road user charge. So governments that are prepared to have the courage to look to the future will need to look at the implementation issues in the immediate future and then, as the technology becomes available, in the long term as well.</text>
