J.M.A. LENSINK (Minister for Human Services) (15:23):</by>  As part of their obligations, local councils are required to necessarily consult with people with disability—that would be a given. Some consulted twice. We know that people with disability sometimes need more time to be able to respond to things, so it is potentially quite an open-ended question, depending on the complexity and formats in which the information was provided.</text>
