Is she suggesting that the homelessness organisations have not read the FAQs, or is she simply suggesting that she has ignored their concerns and referred them off to a website?</text>

I think the former Labor government was called Announce and Defend. In this instance, as I said, we have adopted the suggestion of the sector. We had three sessions where the sector were involved for 2½ days and given the opportunity to raise a whole range of issues. The issues that are contained within the letter are addressed within the frequently asked questions. Indeed, as I stated in my original answer, the Housing Authority will be providing a formal response.</text>
