WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (15:02):</by>  I should make clear a decision of whether or not to pursue a tribunal appeal is not a decision that is made by me. It is not a decision as to whether I think that money should be spent another way. The local health networks and the department have responsibilities to make judgements and I expect them to do so responsibly. Beyond that, to go into this case would be to inappropriately participate in a legal proceeding.</text>
