I would remind the house, and I know the Hon. Tammy Franks is well aware of this, that the intention was to charge international arrivals and provide some exemptions, and the reverse was the assumption in relation to interstate arrivals. As we have gone into the program, there has perhaps been a higher level of charging interstate arrivals than was originally anticipated. I will certainly make sure that the information that comes back to the member differentiates between the charging of international arrivals and interstate arrivals because of that different policy presumption.
