Tammy Franks is well aware of this, that the intention was to charge international arrivals and provide some exemptions, and the reverse was the assumption in relation to interstate arrivals.</text>
        <text id="202010156d69d6d4063a436ba0000434">As we have gone into the program, there has perhaps been a higher level of charging interstate arrivals than was originally anticipated. I will certainly make sure that the information that comes back to the member differentiates between the charging of international arrivals and interstate arrivals because of that different policy presumption.</text>
