MAHER: If the minister has a complaint about the way a supplementary is being asked, maybe he should put a point of order rather than trying to give rulings from his seat in parliament? A number of Presidents have been pretty reasonable about what is the relationship of a supplementary to the primary question. We have had a number of cases in my short tenure where the relationship is a bit thin. I have allowed that one, and the minister has responded. Does the minister wish to respond further?
