Let me highlight some positives. Orthopaedics at the Women's and Children's Hospital outpatient departments have reduced in the median waiting time from 2.3 years to one month. Let's be clear: this government does not regard extended outpatient waiting lists as acceptable. That is why in opposition we committed to being transparent and publishing outpatient data. The only reason why the opposition can quote this data is that, unlike them, we publish them.</text>
