J.M.A. LENSINK (Minister for Human Services) (14:58):</by>  I think it would be interesting if the Labor Party put that proposition to all the people who run community services in South Australia, that they are private organisations, given that so many are non-government organisations. It will be interesting to see what response we get from the non-government sector and organisations such as SACOSS as to whether this is a privatisation.</text>
        <text id="20201013fb2713b9fef64c4590000250">The advice that I have received from my department is that the change to non-government sector delivery will result in the creation of two new positions in the department and the loss of 11 positions, resulting in a net loss of nine positions, and all affected employees are receiving support throughout this process.</text>
