The Premier told the media that the report was handed to the chief executive last Tuesday, and that some checking, some final writing was done over the last six days. My questions to the minister are: 1.	When did the minister or his office first receive the report? 2.	What changes to the report were made between it being provided to the chief executive last Tuesday and its release yesterday? The Hon. S.G.
