I received correspondence this morning in response to my request for certain submissions from stakeholders. I was advised by the minister's office: You will need to seek them directly from the stakeholders (i.e. to ensure they permit to providing them). Sorry I couldn't be of further assistance. This I thought had been addressed under the Weatherill government. It is a most unnecessary obfuscation of the democratic process, so I seek leave to conclude my comments.
