WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:36): Certainly, the Chief Executive of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, Mr McDowell, will provide oversight of the review because, if you like, it's being taken on by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, but my understanding is that it is not the intention of Mr McDowell that he would be the reviewer.
