Having considered the matter further, I have decided, pursuant to standing order 31, to give express leave to the Clerk to provide documents, papers and other information belonging to the council, and identified as categories of information sought by the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption, that are purely of an administrative nature and do not pertain to proceedings in parliament. Some categories of information identified by the commissioner can best be provided by the member concerned.
