Were you and your department advised by email in October 2018 of serious probity allegations surrounding the multitrade agreement for the maintenance of the property portfolio of the South Australian Housing Trust? The agreement relates to the one that was made in September 2012, which is worth nearly $1 billion.</text>

J.M.A. LENSINK (Minister for Human Services) (15:25):</by>  It's my understanding that the honourable member may have availed himself of the CE of the SA Housing Authority to raise these issues. The advice that I have received from the CE is that all of these matters we're investigating, I think most of them took place before we came to government and there were no adverse findings found, so therefore the matter has been closed.</text>
