          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;The cost of freeholding a shack site will be calculated pursuant to the <term>Crown Land Management Act 2009</term> (CLMA). The CLMA requires that the Minister for Environment and Water must not dispose of Crown land for less than the market value of the Crown's interest in the land.</inserted>

          <inserted>2.&amp;#x9;The market value of the Crown's interest in the land excludes any site improvements made by the lessee such as the buildings, landscaping or ancillary structures. </inserted>

          <inserted>3.&amp;#x9;Shack owners who are eligible and wish to purchase the site freehold will be required to make their own financial arrangements.</inserted>
