          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;MSS Security (MSS) were engaged to undertake the role of guarding at the nominated hotels at the start of the COVID–19 pandemic. </inserted>

          <inserted>As at 10 July 2020, there had been a total of 22 breaches of policies or guidelines relating to hotel quarantine procedures. Ten of those were breaches of infection control guidelines, all of which have been determined as low risk. The remaining twelve breaches were of MSS' Policy Position and Standard Operating Procedure. </inserted>

          <inserted>2.&amp;#x9;I am advised that the security staff member maintains employment with MSS, however, will not be redeployed to any SA Health sites.</inserted>
