That would be approximately five years, during which time they didn't do anything with them, even though screening existed on their watch. When screening came into existence, whether in 2014 or 2015, I doubt that any of the Labor ministers who were in charge over that period of time said, 'Are there any blacklists that we need to follow up?' Clearly, this list has existed within those records for some time. I would need to double-check, but my recollection is that it was around about the time that the acting CE appeared before the Budget and Finance Committee.
